20 years in the trades
David got his start in the trades at age 16, putting in time in factories, homebuilding, and concrete work. By his early 20s, he founded his own construction company and spent the next 15 years in the field, building it into a 12-person operation.
Solving a problem
After a back injury forced him off the tools, David had to pivot. He knew the daily headaches firsthand — chasing time cards, wondering where his crews really were, and spending nights buried in paperwork instead of with his family. This became ConstructionClock, built to make running a crew simpler and less stressful. Today, that's Supercrew.
